Early Intervention Casework
We support people who are at risk of homelessness or experiencing challenges that may impact their housing and wellbeing.
We can help with:
- Housing applications and advocacy
- Safety and wellbeing planning
- Practical support
- Referral coordination
- Case planning and goal-setting
Tenancy & Housing Support
We assist clients to secure and maintain stable housing.
Support includes:
- Social housing applications
- Private rental pathways
- Advocacy with landlords or housing providers
- Addressing tenancy issues
- Preventing evictions
Assertive Outreach
Our outreach team engages with people sleeping rough through regular patrols across the Inner West, City and South-East Sydney areas.
We:
- Offer immediate and practical support
- Connect people with crisis or temporary accommodation
- Link clients to health, mental health and AOD services
- Support pathways into long-term, safe housing
Community Support
We help clients access services that strengthen their wellbeing, independence and stability.
Referrals include:
- Health and mental health care
- Legal services
- Financial counselling
- Cultural support
- Family and community services
- Centrelink and government support

Cultural identity and connection are essential to wellbeing.
We support clients to:
- Reconnect with family and kin
- Build stronger relationships
- Participate in community and cultural activities
Employment & Education Pathways
We support clients to move into training, education or employment.
Assistance may include:
- Course or training enrolment
- Job agency coordination
- Resume and job preparation
- Accessing ID, licences and essentials for employment
